witzzart respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

If you are a copyright owner, please report alleged infringements by delivering a DMCA Notice to our Designated Agent with the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work infringed.
• Identification of the material to be removed (include URLs).
• Your mailing address, phone number, and email.
• A statement of "good faith belief" that the use is not authorized.
• "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
• Your full legal name and physical or electronic signature.

By submitting content, you warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and permissions. You retain ownership, but grant witzzart a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display the content in connection with the Service.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice containing:

1. Your signature and contact information.
2. Identification of the removed content and its prior location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief that removal was a mistake.

Repeat Infringer Policy: witzzart will terminate access for users determined to be repeat infringers (notified of infringing activity or had content removed more than twice).
