Creator Guidelines
Effective Date: 30-03-2026
1 Introduction
These Creator Guidelines apply to all creators, hosts, and listing owners who publish, offer, or deliver experiences, events, services, or related offerings on Witzzart. By listing on the platform, a creator agrees to follow these Guidelines, along with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other applicable platform policy.
2 Listing Accuracy
Creators are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they publish on the platform. A creator's listing should clearly and truthfully describe the experience being offered, including the title, description, date, time, location, pricing, inclusions, exclusions, audience suitability, attendance limits, requirements, and any special terms that may affect a user's decision to book.
Creators must not mislead users, omit material information, publish false claims, or present an offering in a way that creates expectations the creator cannot reasonably meet.
3 Delivery of the Experience
Creators are responsible for delivering the experience or service as described. They must have the practical ability to perform the offering, the necessary permissions to host it, and the proper arrangements to complete it in a lawful and orderly manner. Creators must not publish a listing unless they are prepared to fulfill it in the manner represented to users.
If a creator is unable to deliver a booked experience, the creator should notify the platform through the official support channel as early as possible.
4 Rights in Content and Materials
Creators are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights to use any content, images, recordings, names, logos, brand assets, artworks, music, collaborator references, venue references, or other material included in their listing or profile. Creators must not use content they do not have the right to use.
5 Legal and Operational Compliance
Creators must comply with applicable laws, local venue requirements, and any safety or operational standards relevant to the experience they are offering. If the experience is suitable only for a particular age group, audience type, or participation level, that information must be clearly stated in the listing.
6 Creator Conduct
Creators are expected to maintain a professional standard of communication with users and with Witzzart support. Abusive, threatening, deceptive, discriminatory, manipulative, or coercive conduct is not acceptable. Creators must not pressure users to avoid support, must not manipulate refund review processes, and must not interfere with a user's legitimate right to raise a concern through the official support channel.
7 Photography and Media Conditions
Because many creative experiences involve visual documentation or public sharing, creators must clearly state any photography or videography condition that applies to the event. Unless the listing states otherwise, users may be treated as having consented to ordinary event photography or recording connected to the experience.
8 Safety and Order
Creators are responsible for the safety and order of the experience to the extent they control it. They should not knowingly host unsafe conditions, should not ignore obvious risks, and should not continue an event when conditions make participation unreasonable.
9 Platform Review and Enforcement
Witzzart may review, restrict, remove, or suspend listings, content, payouts, or accounts where it reasonably believes a creator has violated these Guidelines. A creator does not gain immunity from platform review by virtue of publishing a listing.
10 Updates to Listings and Information
Creators should keep their account details, payout details, event details, and listing details current. If a material aspect of an event changes (timing, location, audience), the creator should update the listing immediately.
